Preparation

  1. Cut the lemon square into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the yogurt in a small bowl and fold in the lemon juice and most of the lemon zest.
  3. Layer the lemon square pieces and yogurt in a small glass. Sprinkle with the rest of the lemon zest and serve.
