- 4 tablespoons light vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
- Cut the lemon square into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the yogurt in a small bowl and fold in the lemon juice and most of the lemon zest.
- Layer the lemon square pieces and yogurt in a small glass. Sprinkle with the rest of the lemon zest and serve.
